CAMEO TAMALA
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Cameo Tamala serves as the Executive Director, providing oversight to all of Operation Nightwatch. She joined ONW in July 2020, and has identified the biggest priority of increasing the diversity, equity, and inclusion of programs, personnel, and the board of directors. Cameo comes with over 8 years of professional experience in the Non-Profit sector in various roles with expertise in fiscal management, strategic fundraising, and program efficiency. They have a passion for lifting up marginalized voices, particularly those of the unhoused community. They have devoted their life’s work to advocate and prioritize institutional equity so that others may have the rights that they too deserve.

KOLIN BUSBY, MSW
MENTAL HEALTH DIRECTOR

Kolin Busby serves as the Mental Health Services Director and primarily operates at the Downtown Hospitality Center. Kolin provides trauma-informed crisis counseling, solution-focused brief therapy, and engages guests in harm reduction strategies. He offers strengths-based support to guests who do not typically engage with traditional mental healthcare services. He is available throughout the night for any guest at any time. He has also been working to bring peer support specialists in as volunteers as a means to better support our diverse population of guests
